RESOLUTION

WHEREAS; we, the members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago, wish to extend our most warmest wishes to Yolanda Blanks on her 65th Birthday Celebration; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 16^th Ward, Alderman Stephanie D. Coleman would like to encourage Yolanda Blanks to expect the best, let love rule, embrace the day, and celebrate another year; and,

WHEREAS, Yolanda Blanks has continued to be an abundance of wisdom, and we value all the
gems and treasure you have bestowed here in the 16^th Ward; and                     ;V -
