RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Mary Jean DeSantis has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Mary Jean (Callo) DeSantis, Beloved wife of Richard Sr. "Mouse"; loving mother of Lisa, Richard Jr., and Michael DeSantis; beloved daughter ofthe late Frank and Florence Callo; fond grandmother of John and Dana; dear sister of Frank (Carol) Callo, Sharon (the late Mike) Filipsik, Patty (Lonnie) Wiggins, and Michael Callo; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; dear cousin and friend of many; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Mary to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty seventh of January 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Mary Jean DeSantis and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Mary Jean DeSantis.
