BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to, and in accordance with the limitations and conditions of, Section 7-28-250 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, refuse collection cost rebates are hereby authorized for eligible units in eligible buildings, as set forth in greater detail in Exhibit A hereto.
