SECTION 1: That an ordinance passed by the City Council establishing

Parking Limitations in designated area, be and the same is hereby repealed by

striking there from, the following:

From West Columbia Avenue (south side) from the first alley west of North Sheridan Road to a point 20 feet east thereof - Three Hour Parking - 9:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. - All Days
