BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for HOTEL ALLEGRO on 03/28/2018, and printed upon page 74132 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "cafe area #1 shall be forty-two (42) feet in length and ten (10) feet in width for a total of four hundred twenty (420) square feet; Seating Capacity 20" and inserting in their place the words "cafe area #1 shall be twenty-nine point three three (29.33) feet in length and nine (9) feet in width for a total of two hundred sixty-three point ninety seven (263.97) square feet; Seating Capacity 18"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
