Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 401 S.STATE STREET OWNER, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, five (5) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 401 S. State St
Said Vault(s) at Public Alley measure(s):
One (1) at forty-nine point five (49.5) feet in length, and ten (10) feet in width for a total of four hundred ninety-five (495) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at E. Van Buren measure(s): s
One (1) at one hundred forty-four (144) feet in length, and fourteen point one six (14.16) feet in width for a total of
two thousand thirty-nine point zero four (2039.04) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at S. State measure(s):
One (1) at four hundred sixteen point five (416.5) feet in length, and seventeen (17) feet in width for a total of seven thousand eighty point five (7080.5) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at S. State (ComEd Vault) measure(s):
One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and six (6) feet in width for a total of sixty (60) square feet. Said Vault(s) at E. Congress Parkway measure(s):
One (1) atone hundred forty-three point nine seven (143.97) feet in length, and sixteen point five (16.5) feet in width for a total of two thousand three hundred seventy-five point five one (2375.51) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
