ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a prohibition for the parking of vehicles at the designated location as indicated below:

S. PRAIRIE AV., EAST SIDE FROM E. 38TH TO E. PERSHING RD AND S. GILES AV., WEST SIDE, FROM E. 38TH ST. TO E. PERSHING RD.

NO PARKING EXCEPT SCHOOL PERSONNEL PERMIT PARKING , SCHOOL

DAYS, 7AM-430PM, TOW ZONE.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
