ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RT4, Residential Two-Flat Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, RM4.5, Residential Multi-Unit District, RM5, Residential Multi-Unit District, and B2-2, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District Symbols as shown on Map No. 2-I in the area bounded by:
The Eisenhower Expressway (I-290); South Western Avenue; a line 158 feet north of and parallel to West Harrison Street; a line 84 feet west of and parallel to South Western Avenue; West Harrison Street; the alley next of and parallel to South Western Avenue; a line 125 feet north of and parallel to West Flournoy Street; South Western Avenue; a line 96.65 feet north of and parallel to West Polk Street; the alley next west of and parallel to South Western Avenue; the alley next north of and parallel to West Roosevelt Road; South Campbell Avenue; West Polk Street; South Maplewood Avenue; West Harrison Street; South Maplewood Avenue; West Congress Street; and the east line of the UP Railroad right-of-way,
to those of a RT3.5, Residential Two-Flat Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect after its passage and due publication.
