BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for TEA ROOM on 06/08/2011, and printed upon page of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"11:00 p.m.
* Sidewalk Cafes shall not operate earlier than 8:00 AM, nor later than 11:00 PM"
and inserting in their place the words "12:00 a.m. Midnight"
