Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for JACKS COTTAGE GROVE MINI MART INC. on 11/02/2011, and printed upon page 12077 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"JESSE'S MEAT MARKET"
and inserting in their place the words
"JACKS COTTAGE GROVE MINI MART INC."
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a awning(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
