ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the area described in Sections 2 and 3 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language as follows:
4-60-022 Restrictions on additional licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises within the following areas:

16.31) On the wost sido of Halsted Street, from 57th Street to 59th Street.
On the east side of California Avenue, from 61st Street to 63rd Street.
On 63rd Street, from Morgan Street to Halsted Street.
On Racine Avenue, from 63rd Street to 65th Street.
On Racine Avenue, from 65th Street to 67th Street.
On Racine Avenue, from 67th Street to 69th Street.
On the east side of California Avenue, from 55th Street to 59th Street.
On Ashland Avenue, from 62nd Street to Marquette Road.
On 59th Street, from Rockwell Street to California Avenue.
On 59th Street, from Sacramento Avenue to Kedzie Avenue.
On Kedzie Avenue, from 61st Street to 63rd Street.
On 63rd Street, from California Avenue to Sacramento Avenue.
16.149} On 63rd Street, from Sacramento Avenue to Kedzie Avenue.
On 63rd Street, from Damen Avenue to Hamilton Avenue.
On 63rd Street, from Hamilton Avenue to Western Avenue.
