BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the

Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Sustainabuild - 3030, LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress at 3010-3034 w. Lawrence.

SECTION2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and
