BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Claudia Marchan of Creative Studio, LP from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to 5749 West Fullerton Avenue.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
