BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

1511 Irving Park LLC, owner of 1511-13 W. Irving Park Rd. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.
