BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the CI-3 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 7-J in the area bounded by

 

 

North Milwaukee Avenue; North Sawyer Avenue; a line 379.96 feet north of and parallel to the public alley next north of and parallel to West Wrightwood Avenue; the public alley next east of and parallel to North Spaulding Avenue; a line 436 feet north of and parallel to the public alley next north of and parallel to West Wrightwood Avenue; North Spaulding Avenue; a line 564.84 feet north of and parallel to the public alley next north of and parallel to West Wrightwood Avenue; the public alley next southwest of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue; and North Spaulding Avenue,

 

 

to those of a CI-1 Neighborhood Commercial District.

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
