SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE"

SECTION 1. Section 7-38-117 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through and by inserting the language underscored, as follows:

7-38-117 Mobile food vehicle stands program.

(i)      The commissioner of transportation is authorized to establish a mobile food vehicle stand measuring a maximum of 40' in length, within the side of the block where each of the following addresses is located:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which was referred a Substitute Ordinance which is an Amendment of Municipal Code Section 7-38-117 concerning establishment of mobile food vehicle stand measuring maximum 40 feet in length, with the side ofthe block where each ofthe following addresses is located: 3601 West Bryn Mawr Avenue, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed ordinance transmitted herewith.

 

These recommendations were concurred by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
