ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the following portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as Residential Permit Parking zones for the locations and zones

indicated:

•   South Giles Avenue: Amend Ordinance Passed 04/16/1997, journal page 42700, which reads: South Giles Avenue (east side) from East 38^th Street to the first alley south thereof - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm -Sunday through Saturday, by striking: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm - Sunday through Saturday and inserting: All-Times, All-Days;

Pat Dowell Alderman, 3^rd Ward

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
