ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe C1-1 Neighborhood Commercial District, B3-1, Community Shopping District, and RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District, symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 22-E in the area bound by:

East 94^th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South State Street; the alley next north of and parallel to East 95^th Street; a line 75 feet west of and parallel to South Wabash Avenue; East 95^th Street; and South State Street,

to those of a RS-1, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
