ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RT-3.5, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit Districts symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-K in the area bounded by:

A line 147.8 feet south of and parallel to West Argyle Street; the alley next east of and parallel to North Keystone Avenue; a line 197.8 feet south of and parallel to West Argyle Street; and North Keystone Avenue,

to those of an RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
