RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Rosemary Sullivan departed this present life on May 9th, 2013 and
WHEREAS, The City Council has been informed of her passing by The Honorable Harry Osterman, Alderman ofthe 48th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Rosemary Sullivan was an active and vital member of her community, The loving mother of Patricia Sullivan, Denise Rubin, Daniel Sullivan, Terrence Sullivan , Stephen Sullivan, Elizabeth Conway, Roger Sullivan and the late Martin J Sullivan. Dear sister of Eileen Pospiech, Thomas Sullivan, Sr. Sally Fergus, O.P., Maureen McManus, Patrick Sullivan and the late William Sullivan. Fond sister-in-law of Michael Sullivan; Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Dear Grandmother of 17. Respected and loved friend to many; and
WHEREAS, Rosemary Sullivan will be deeply missed, but the memory of her character and
service will live on in those who knew and loved her; now, therefore.
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of
Chicago, gathered here this 11th day of September, 2012, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of
Rosemary Sullivan and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
Be It Further Resolved, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family
of Rosemary Sullivan / - ~)
