BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1: Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is herby authorized and directed to exempt Dakin Loft LLC requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address: 932 W. Dakin.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after if s passage and publication.
