RESOLUTION FOR JOAN LYCARDI'S 50^th ANNIVERSARY AS RESIDENT OF CHRYSLER VILLAGE

WHEREAS, Joan Lycardi is celebrating her 50 years of residency in the historic Chrysler • Village; and

WHEREAS, This esteemed body has been notified of the Joan's milestone by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Joan has resided in her home since April 21, 1969; and

WHEREAS, Joan is a longtime resident and stakeholder in the community and she remains an integral part of the rich history that makes up the unique area known as Chrysler Village; now therefore

Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this thirteenth day of March, 2019, do hereby express our congratulations and best wishes to Joan Lycardi.

Be It Further Resolved, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to Joan Lycardi as a sign of our affection and admiration.
