ORDINANCE

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, that the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to erect Traffic Warning Signs and Signals for the following locations that are hereby designated:

Locations:
East Bound traffic on Touhy Avenue at Octavia Avenue. Request Type: NO RIGHT TURN (7am - 9am and 4pm - 6pm).
West Bound traffic on Touhy Avenue at Octavia Avenue. Request Type: NO LEFT TURN (7am - 9am and 4pm - 6pm).


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
