ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 401548 - 1 Permit No. 1133262

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for GREEN STREET LOCAL on 06/27/2018, and printed upon page 80598 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty-nine (29) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width for a total of two hundred three (203) square feet.

Monday through Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight SEATING CAPACITY: 20"

and inserting in their place the words

'Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be seventy-seven (feet) eleven (11) inches in length and seventy-one (7) inches in width for a total of four hundred sixty-one point two nine (461.29) square feet.

Monday through Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight SEATING CAPACITY 44"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage
