TRIBUTE TO RICHARD J. KULIK

WHEREAS, Almighty God in His Infinite Wisdom has granted Richard J. Kulik birth into eternity on December 6, 2010; and

WHEREAS, Richard J. Kulik was a well-respected man in his community and was loved by all. He made an impact in his neighborhood and will be missed by all his loving family and friends; and

WHEREAS, Richard J. Kulik leaves behind to mourn his loss and celebrate his life a devoted wife, Angela; three daughters, Kristen, Lauren and Kathy; two sisters Florence and Jeanette, as well as a host of loving family and friends; and

WHEREAS, This august body has been informed of the passing of Richard J. Kulik by the Honorable Patrick J. Levar, Alderman of the 45^th Ward; now therefore

BE IT RESOLVED That we, the Mayor and members of the City of Chicago City Council, assembled on this 9^lh Day of February 2011 A.D., do hereby express our sincere sorrow at the passing of Richard J. Kulik and extend our deepest condolences to his family and all those whose lives he touched; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of Richard J. Kulik.
