BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for THE VITAMIN SHOPPE on 10/03/2012, and printed upon page 35658 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "THE VITAMIN SHOPPE" and inserting in their place the words "ACADIA CLARK-DIVERSEY LLC"

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
