EXEMPTION OF KIDZ CREATIVE CONCEPTS FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY AT 719 EAST 63^rd STREET

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Kidz Creative Concepts from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 719 E. 63^rd St., Chicago, IL 60637.
