AMEND CAB STAND #798

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

Section 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on July 28, 2011 page 5370 of the Journal of Proceedings which reads, East Walton street (south side), from a point 100' west of North Rush Street tap 60' west thereof Cab Stand #798 (3 cabs) in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from the following:

from a point 100' west of North Rush Street tap 60' west thereof Taxicab Stand #798 (3 cabs) and inserting in lieu thereof

from a point 120' west of North Rush street tap 40' west thereof Taxicab stand #798 (2 cabs)

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
