RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Norine M Roche has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 53 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Norine M Roche, loving mother of Matt and Amanda Aguinaga; cherished grandmother of Jordan, Ronnie and Cay lee; devoted daughter of Richard and Janice; dear sister of Richard, Joe (Fawn), Michelle, Rachel (Ricky) and Tommy; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; dear cousin of many; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Norine to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City. Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this fourteenth of October 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Norine M Roche and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
Patrick D. Thompson Alderman, 11th Ward
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Norine M Roche.
