BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 42 N LATITUDE on 04/10/2013, and printed upon page 51728 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Seating Capacity 48; total square footage 825; hours 8:00 a.m.; Compensation $907.50" and inserting in their place the words "Seating Capacity 72; total square footage 975; hours 9:00 a.m.; Compensation $1,072.50; area #2 shall be twelve (12) feet in length and five (5) feet in width and area #3 shall be eighteen (18) in length and five (5) feet in width along N Lincoln Ave."
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

I am supporting the attached amended sidewalk cafe application extending the cafe to the N. Lincoln side of the restaurant. With the recent removal of the bus stops on Lincoln Avenue, there is an opportunity for additional sidewalk cafes.
