BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for TOM'S COMM. GENERAL LADIES APPAREL on 01/13/2009, and printed upon page 53878 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "TOM'S COMM. GENERAL LADIES APPAREL" and inserting in their place the words "Tom's One Stop"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
