Be It Ordained By The City Council Of The City Of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Hayes Properties Inc, 4043 N.Ravenswood #210, Chicago IL 60613, from the

provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 4040-48 N. Hermitage Avenue.
