BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed (pending passage) by the City Council of the City of Chicago for CHICAGO Q is here by Amended by deleting the words "cafe area #1 shall be thirty-three point five (33.5) feet in length and point nine (.9) feet in width for a total of thirty point one five (30.15) square feet. Seating Capacity: 40. Compensation $600.00." and inserting in their place the words "cafe area #1 shall be forty-one (41) feet in length and ten point five (10.5) feet in width for a total of four hundred thirty point five (430.5) square feet. Seating Capacity: 36. Compensation $990.15"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
