BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Chapter 4-156-360 [Fee Section 4-5-010(4)] of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the following organization which is not operated for gain, Athenaeum Theatre, is hereby exempt from the payment of the annual public place of amusement license fee (Code 1050), Account #82074. Site 1. 2936 N Southport. License # 1223901, for the period beginning May 16, 2009 and ending May 15, 2013.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
