ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 4600 block of South Damen Avenue . from West 46^th Street to West 47^th Street, on the east side of the street only ,  Sunday thru Saturday , at all times .
