BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
 
Section 1:
 
 
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for JIMMY JOHNS on 04/30/2014, and printed upon page 80174 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
 
"Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty-five (25) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width for a total of one hundred seventy-five (175) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face ofthe curb/building line along N La Salle"
 
and inserting in their place the words
 
"Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty-five (25) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width for a total of one hundred seventy-five (175) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along W. Illinois'"
 
 
Section 2:
 
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
