BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

Section 1: Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago listed below are hereby entitled to Fifty Dollars ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Refund for the premises listed below for the year 2008.

Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
