ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt, Friends Wholesale, Inc., 5400 N. Western Ave., Chicago, IL 60659 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
