BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for TEMPO CAFE on 03/09/2011, and printed upon page 114031 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"11:00 PM
*Sidewalk Cafes shall not operate earlier than 8:00 AM, nor later than 11:00 PM" and inserting in their place the words "12:00 Midnight"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
