BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Per Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Young Achievers Academy, Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress into 2345-47 W. North Ave.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
