ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 36292 - 1 Permit No. 1087251

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 445 NORTH WELLS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP on 06/03/2009, and printed upon page 64481 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"(4) Awning(s)

Said Awning(s) shall not exceed four (4) @ ten point three three (10.33) feet in length and two (2) feet in with.

The sum of $200.00 per annum, in advance."

and inserting in their place the words

"(1) Awning

Said Awning shall not exceed ten point three three (10.33) feet in length and two (2) feet in width.

The sum of $50.00 per annum in advance."
