June 27, 2018 City Council Alley Access Ordinance

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to an Section 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago from the Municipal Code provision prohibiting alley access to any parking garage if the capacity of that lot or garage is in excess of six spaces for the premise address located at 2430 North Halsted Street.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
