NO PARKING - LOADING ZONE - TOW ZONE - EXCEPT WITH FLASHING LIGHTS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 160 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a NO PARKING - LOADING ZONE - TOW ZONE - EXCEPT WITH FLASHING LIGHTS on portions of specified streets:

WARD LOCATION

26 Ward, Alderman Maldonado NORTH DRAKE AVENUE, INSTALL ON

THE CORNER OF DRAKE AVENUE AND FULLERTON AVENUE, ON THE DRAKE AVENUE SIDE, (2400 N DRAKE AVENUE AND 3500 W FULLERTON AVENUE) (THE DOUBLE: AN URBAN TAVERN), TWO (2) VEHICLE SPACES, 30 MINUTES, UNATTENDED VEHICLES MUST HAVE FLASHING LIGHTS, NO PARKING -LOADING ZONE - TOW ZONE - EXCEPT WITH FLASHING LIGHTS, MONDAY THRU SUNDAY 12PM-(NOON) TO 3AM.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
