PHYSICAL BARRIER AND ALLEY ACCESS

Be It Ordained by the City Council of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Bosak Properties of 6333 North Northwest Highway from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for the premise address.
