BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Per Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 1437 W Grand LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress into 1437 W. Grand Ave.
