BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


Section 1:


The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for FAMILY DOLLAR #5719 on 11/02/2011, and printed upon page 11982 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to FAMILY DOLLAR #5719, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use one (1) sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 1221 W. 87th St"

and inserting in their place the words

"SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to FAMILY DOLLAR #5719, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use one (1) sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 1221 W. 95th St



Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
