ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the CI-2 Neighborhood Commercial District, as shown on Map 1-H in the area bounded by:
West Grand Avenue, a line 50.28 feet West of North Claremont Avenue, the alley North and parallel to West Grand Avenue and a line 75.42 feet West of North Claremont Avenue.
To those of B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
