CONGRATULATIONS EXTENDED TO MR. AND MRS. DONALD AND TERESE SAVAGE ON

THEIR SEVENTIETH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

WHEREAS, This year marks the seventieth anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Donald and Terese Savage; and

WHEREAS, The City Council has been informed of this special occasion by The Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman ofthe 39^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Terese and Donald were united in matrimony on July 10, 1943; and

WHEREAS, Terese and Donald, active parishioners of the Queen of All Saints Basilica, have lived in their Sauganash home for almost sixty years, where they raised their daughters Ginny and Peggy; and

WHEREAS, In addition to their daughters, Terese and Donald were blessed with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren during their seventy years of marital bliss; now, therefore;

Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and the members of the City Council of Chicago gathered here this eleventh day of September 2013, do hereby congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Donald and Terese Savage on their seventieth wedding anniversary and extend our best wishes. for their continued happiness; and
