ORDINANCE
LABRIOLA BAKERY CAFE Acct. No. 391466 -1 Permit No. 1114297
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LABRIOLA BAKERY CAFE, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use seven (7) Exhaust Duct(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 535 N. Michigan Ave Said exhaust ducts shall consist of heating and ventilation.
Said Exhaust Duct(s) at PUBLIC ALLEY measure(s):
One (1) at one point five (1.5) foot in length, and eighteen (18) feet in height Said exhaust duct shall be eighteen (18) feet ten (10) inches above grade level.
One (1) at three point five (3.5) feet in width and twenty (20) feet in height Said exhaust duct shall be eighteen (18) feet ten (10) inches above grade level.
One (1) at four (4) feet in width and twenty-one (21) feet in height. Said exhaust duct shall be seventeen (17) feet six (6) inches above grade level.
One (1) at twenty-one (21) feet in width and twenty (20) feet in height. Said exhaust duct shall be seventeen (17) feet six (6) inches above grade level.
One (1) at nineteen (19) feet in width and twenty-two (22) feet in height. Said exhaust duct shall be fifteen (15) feet six (6) inches above grade level.
One (1) at five (5) feet in width and thirteen (13) feet in height. Said exhaust duct shall be twenty-five (25) feet above grade level.
One (1) at three point three three (3.33) feet in width and eighteen (18) feet in height. Said exhaust duct shall be nineteen (19) feet seven (7) inches above grade level.

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
