SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 9-64-206 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by adding the language underscored and by deleting the language struck through, as follows:
9-64-206 Parking meters b Hours of operation.
Notwithstanding any prior ordinance establishing different hours of operation, the hours of operation for a parking meter shall be as follows:

(c) Notwithstanding subsections (a) and (b), parking meters located on the following streets shall operate according to the following day-and-time based categories:

(28) From 4:30 P.M. to 10 P.M., Monday through Friday, and from 8 A.M to 10
P.M., on Saturday at:
- 1500 block of West Fillmore Avenue.
- 900 block of South Laflin Street.
(29) From 6:00 P.M. to 10 P.M Monday through Friday, and from 8 A.M to 10
P.M. on Saturday at:
29.1 1400 block of West Fillmore Avenue.

(f eJThe time limits set forth above shall not replace any other more restrictive parking or standing restrictions and do not relieve a person from the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the standing or parking of vehicles in specified places or at specified times.
SECTION 2. The Comptroller is directed to install parking meters at the following locations:
1400 and 1500 blocks of West Fillmore Avenue 900 block of South Laflin Street
SECTION 3. The Comptroller is directed to remove parking meters from the following locations:
3810-3842 West Madison Street
- 122 South Pulaski Road
- 123 South Pulaski Road 3813-3855 West Madison Street 4108-4158 West Madison Street
